At CogLetter, our mission is to make cognitive psychology accessible, practical, and useful for everyone.
We believe understanding how the mind works shouldn’t be limited to researchers, it’s a key to living, learning, and evolving better.
Each week, we translate scientific discoveries into simple, research-based tools to help people manage anxiety, emotions, relationships, and decisions.
Our goal: to help everyone cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and the world, a science of the mind in service of everyday life.
Who’s Behind CogLetter?
My name is Ludovic, and I’ve always been fascinated by psychology.
My career first led me into computer science, but during lockdown, I asked myself a simple question: What do I truly want to do with my life?
That’s when I decided to switch paths and dive fully into cognitive psychology, a quest where I learn much about psychology.
Today, I’m continuing my studies to pursue a master’s degree, driven by the belief that understanding our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors is the key to changing our lives.
What captivates me most about cognitive psychology is its power to create real change.
We’re not doomed to carry our habits or mental blocks forever , we can learn, act, and evolve. Yet, I often find that applied psychology lacks concrete, usable tools.
That’s why I created CogLetter: a newsletter that shares practical, science-based insights to help people better understand themselves and others.
When you read CogLetter, I want you to think:
“I’m not weird. I’m not alone in feeling this way, it’s human.”
Then, I want to give you tools you can actually use to change your habits, behaviors, and relationships, tools grounded in science, designed for real life.
CogLetter is my invitation to explore the mind with curiosity, rigor, and a touch of philosophy, to understand human cognition in order to live and act more wisely.
